Martin, who also owns a mid-century mansion in Beverly Hills, has quite the eye for real estate. His former home at 1309 Davies Drive in Beverly Hills is currently on the market for $49.95 million, down from its $75 million ask — which is listed with Carl Gambino, of Compass.

Property Features

In Manhattan, this 3,147-square-foot perch was designed by Peter Marino. It features a large open living/dining area, with 10-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors; and an open, windowed chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry designed by Marino. The residence boasts two main bedroom suites with oversized walk-in closets and spa-like baths. A fifth room can function as an extra bedroom — or a study, a library, a nursery or a media room.
