8) 17 Channel Pond Court, Water Mill | $22.775 million<\/strong><\/p>\n

An estate in prestigious Fordune, 17 Channel Court was listed with Bespoke Real Estate when it found a buyer, repped by Amelia M. Doggwiler of Brown Harris Stevens. The deal closed on June 21 with a last ask of $29.5 million.<\/p>\n

9) 43 Lee Avenue, East Hampton | $21 million<\/strong><\/p>\n
