The center was funded in part by the Jane and Daniel Och Family Foundation, which contributed $50 million. NewYork-Presbyterian signed a 20-year lease with Tishman Speyer, which paid $438 million for The Spiral site in 2014 and financed the project for $3.7 billion in 2018.
