Pozole Fest: A Celebration of Creativity and Community

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, a group of local and international chefs, along with over 100 spirit brands, are coming together to put on a pozole fest like no other. The event, titled "Bowl of ‘Zole," is returning to Industry City on October 17th for its fourth year, featuring over 20 chefs cooking up their own signature spin on the dish.

In addition to the wide variety of pozole creations, the event will also feature over 120 spirits, including mezcal, tequila, and sotol. You’ll have the opportunity to sample these fine spirits and pair them with your favorite pozole varieties.
