Staff and executives at the DOT joined road crews along State Route 32 Wednesday to pick up trash left on the side of the road. Along with the push to encourage drivers to not throw their trash on the road, DOT is also reminding people to stay focused on the road and to be aware of their surroundings.
Past Cleanup Efforts
During the 2024 trash blitz, DOT workers picked up more than 11,000 bags of trash off the roadside across the region.
