According to law enforcement sources, on October 3 just after 11 p.m., officers from the 101st Precinct responded to a 911 call of a person shot inside a building located at 319 Beach 54 St. in the Rockaways.

Scene Investigation

When officers arrived, they found a 59-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced the victim dead.
