The ownership team aims to bring modern techniques to traditional Szechuan cooking, blending Chinese cuisines from Sichuan and Chongqing Jianghu. Owner, YangRong Guo, shares, "Our goal is to make [the food] fresher, change up the flavor a little bit… not too traditional, not to modern."
