With up to $100,000 in funding available, it can help make the dream of homeownership a reality. However, it’s essential to act quickly, as the application window is limited, and the funding is only available to a select few.

FAQs

Q: How much funding is available through the first-time homebuyer program?
A: Up to $100,000 is available to eligible applicants.
Q: What can the funding be used for?
A: The funding can be used for construction, down payment, and closing costs.
Q: How many people can apply for the program?
A: The application is only available to the first 100 people, and only 30 people will receive the funding.
Q: When does the application portal open?
A: The portal opens at noon on July 23.
Q: What happens if I sell my home before the required number of years?
A: You will have to pay back the funding.

Introduction to Homebuyer Program Palm Beach County officials want to help people become homeowners — offering applicants up to $100,000 through its first-time homebuyer program. “We’re living in a high-cost county, and we know that the cost of housing is more than what it used to be,” said Jonathan Brown, director of the county’s Housing […]

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

23

0":"post-17494","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-real-estate
https://i3.wp.com/www.sun-sentinel.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/tfl-l-home-price-0419-2-01_187706173_392c1f.jpg?w=1400px&strip=all&w=1400&resize=1400,933&ssl=1
