The location? Seven Park Condominium will be built on a 1.1-acre site at 218-220 SE Seventh St., across from Peter Bluesten Park.
What’s planned? The eight-story complex will be 200,000 square feet and have 121 residences. Units will range from 500 to 1,645 square feet each, and the largest units will have three bedrooms.
Kadima Developers, based in Aventura, is planning the project with the help of the Hollywood architecture firm SKLARchitecture.
Alejandro Chaberman, founder and CEO of Kadima, said his company has already developed over six projects in Hallandale and that Seven Park will be a nice addition.
“It’s not that you’re buying an apartment,” he said. “You’re buying into a lifestyle. That’s what is nice about the building.”
What neighborhood is this? Hallandale Beach is in southern Broward County, about 10 miles from Aventura. Near the planned condo is Gulfstream Park, where there’s a casino, a horse race track and outdoor shopping.
The Peter Bluesten Park across from the complex is 16.5 acres and home to a stage and playground. The park also has fields and courts for baseball, soccer, basketball, softball, racquetball and tennis.
Chaberman said the complex will be minutes from the Aventura Mall, the Brightline station and I-95.
“It’s been a blessing to develop in this city,” he said.
How will the condos be priced? Residences start at $375,000 for studios and go into the $800,000s for the units with three bedrooms.

What are the amenities? There will be a pool, as well as two hot tubs, private cabanas, barbecue stations, a lounge, party room, wellness center, sauna and cold plunge. Chaberman said there also will be a content-creation room that’s equipped with two soundproof pods for recording.
What’s being replaced? The site had a few residences in 2020, but it has been an empty field since earlier this year.
What are the features of the homes? Each home will have floor-to-ceiling windows with “panoramic views of lush parks and the surrounding cityscape, luxury Italian kitchens and baths, and curated common area interior design from Addison House,” according to the company. Three kinds of furnishing packages also will be available for buyers who are interested.
When will construction begin and end? Chaberman said construction may begin in October this year and finish in October 2027.
What is the project’s anticipated cost? About $70 million. Kadima Developers acquired the development site for $5.3 million.
Will there be a commercial element? Chaberman said there will be four retail spaces. Two will be devoted to wellness and service, and two will be used for food and beverage.
