”Jerry” lives near Philadelphia and does not want his real name used. He was in South Florida last weekend, went to a club in Wilton Manors, and pickpockets snagged his wallet. He “definitely” sees his case as a cautionary tale. “Maybe they saw the cash exchange with the bartender for the tip, I’m not a hundred percent sure of what made me a target, but between me having it in my hand when saying bye to the bartender, closing out and putting it in my front pocket, hitting the parking lot, it was gone,” he said.
