Over the years, Toejam Backlot has accumulated an impressive collection of electric props, including James Franco’s car from "Spring Breakers," a film shot in Sarasota and Fort Myers, and Tom Cruise’s "Rock of Ages" bar. "I didn’t want to scare anybody. They’re all movie prop guns," Allison explains.

Toejam Backlot has also been the setting for numerous music videos, including Lil Wayne’s "We Takin’ Over" video, featuring a chair that’s now part of the property. "We’ve produced over 120 music videos, and I was partners in 305 Films for many years with Gil Green," Allison recalls.
The space is also perfect for parties, with its main stage and various power and speaker options. "It can get suited for however you like. We’ve had huge concerts with well-known artists," Allison notes.
