\nThe shakes were inspired by chocolate bars from the United Arab Emirates that have created a worldwide viral sensation. The original bars, created by Fix Dessert Chocolatier, have pastachio filling and hand-designed surfaces. They can be ordered for around $5 a bar, or $5 an ounce, from retailers such as Amazon.<\/p>\n
Shake Shack\u2019s beverage is made with real pistachio frozen custard blended with toasted kataifi shredded phyllo, according to the news release. It\u2019s topped with a dark chocolate shell and chopped pistachios.
