“Rogers was positively identified at the scene and was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held at Olympic Station,” McDonnell said.

Authorities said Monday that Rogers’ unoccupied black BMW was found in Calabasas, leading investigators to believe he was in the area and prompting a local manhunt.
Officials from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lost Hills station said Monday deputies had located the vehicle on the 23000 block of Calabasas Road.
