“The Mayor’s Crisis Response Team is en route to offer emotional support and recovery assistance to relatives and witnesses at the scene,” Humphrey said. Video from the scene showed what appeared to be three vehicles that had collided in the parking lot, and a canopy was erected in the space between two of the vehicles. The scene was being investigated Wednesday afternoon by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division.
