In July, Crowder was arrested at the Burbank Nordstrom Rack after reports of someone roaming the women’s department and sexually harassing a female customer, according to the Burbank Police Department.
"Using the store’s surveillance system, officers monitored the suspect as he moved through various departments. While in the women’s section, the suspect was observed following a female customer, crouching near her, and engaging in lewd behavior by inappropriately sniffing her buttocks," police said in a statement in July.
In August, Crowder was arrested again after allegedly sniffing a woman’s behind inside a Walgreens store in Burbank.
