The display was crafted from more than 1,000 pounds of house-made gingerbread. And this lounge isn’t just about the display since it’s also serving holiday cocktails like the Fireside Cocoa made with Tanteo “Navidad” Tequila and house-made hot cocoa, plus the Sleigh Ride, which mixes Mount Gay Eclipse Rum with house-made apple cider and the Clausmopolitan made with Ketel One Vodka, cranberry, and vanilla bean puree and lime juice served with a frosted sugar rim.
