The city is hosting a pair of free docent-led hikes in honor of Earth Day starting on April 19 with “Walking in the Footsteps of the Chumash,” which takes hikers on a 90-minute hike through areas where Native Americans lived. Then on April 25 hikers can check out the trails as the sun goes down with a Sunset Hike through the park.

Natural History Museum
