Larry Crowson said the investigation was ongoing and there was no longer a threat to the public. “There are homicide investigators en route to the scene, they’ll start talking to the witnesses here," Crowson said. "Of course, Sugar Land is conducting their investigation on their homicide down there. Hopefully they’ll get more information on that."
