A man crashed his car after suffering a gunshot wound in northwest Houston.
The call was reported at around 12:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the 5100 block of Azalea Trace Drive.
Deputies discovered that the vehicle involved was in a single-car crash. The driver was slumped over in the driver’s seat, appearing to have suffered a gunshot wound.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It remains unclear whether or not others were involved, or the gunshot was self-inflicted.
