The restaurant was owned by Veeral Rathod and Obi Ibeto, who brought their experience from the Dallas-based GAP Hospitality to the project. The concept was largely inspired by XOXO Dining Room, one of their other establishments, and featured a predominantly pink theme, complete with pink walls, a pink quartz bar, and a pink grand piano. The menu was created by renowned chef Bryan Caswell, who is known for his work at Reef, a pioneering Gulf Coast seafood restaurant that closed in 2019.
