Additionally, there is a lobby lounge area and a business center.

Development and Growth

Hanover Buffalo Bayou is a collaboration between Autry Park, Hanover Company, and Mitsui Fudosan America. It is the third luxury apartment community in the Autry Park district, joining Hanover Autry Park and Hanover Parkview. The development team has announced plans to build Autry Park One, the district’s first office building, which will feature nearly 117,000 square feet of office space and 10,500 square feet of retail space.

Autry Park Masterplan

The masterplan for Autry Park includes five towers with approximately 1,450 residential units, 350,000 square feet of Class A office space, and over 100,000 square feet of curated retail space. The district is home to several restaurants and bars, including Doko, Bar Doko, Lick Honest Ice Creams, and Annam. Austin’s Emmer & Rye Hospitality is set to open its first Houston project in Autry Park in late 2025 or early 2026.

Infrastructure Improvements

The development team has committed to improving public infrastructure in the surrounding streets and public spaces. This includes the addition of a new lighted intersection on Allen Parkway at Buffalo Park Drive and modernized crosswalks and pedestrian signalization at the intersection of Allen Parkway and Shepherd Drive.

Conclusion

Hanover Buffalo Bayou is a significant addition to the Autry Park district, offering luxury living and a range of amenities. The development is part of a larger masterplan to create a vibrant urban nexus, with a mix of residential, office, and retail space. With its high-end finishes, resort-style amenities, and commitment to infrastructure improvements, Hanover Buffalo Bayou is an exciting new addition to the Houston landscape.
