Downtown Houston Robbery: Police Seek Public’s Help to Identify Teen Suspects
What Happened?
A disturbing robbery occurred in Downtown Houston last December, and the police are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the two young women involved. The incident took place on December 17, 2024, at approximately 12:45 p.m. near the intersection of Milam and Jefferson. A woman was walking in the area when two suspects approached her from behind, sparking a brief struggle as one of the teens attempted to grab her purse.
A video of the incident is available, which shows the suspects’ actions. During the struggle, one of the suspects punched the victim in the face multiple times, causing her to scream for help. The suspects then fled the scene before they could be apprehended.
Who Are the Suspects?
The first suspect is described as a Black teen girl, approximately 5’7″ to 5’9″ tall, weighing between 200 to 210 pounds, with a dark complexion. She was wearing a navy polo shirt and tan pants at the time of the incident. The second suspect is also a Black teen girl, around 5’0″ to 5’2″ tall, weighing between 90 to 110 pounds, with a dark complexion. She was also wearing a navy polo shirt and tan pants.
