Officers responded to the scene and found two men who had been injured, including one who had been shot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Victim Identification and Death<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The man who was shot, identified as 39-year-old Arvey Cruz Ortega, died at the location. The other man was treated and released, according to the police release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrest and Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An investigation led police to arrest 22-year-old Jonatan Espinoza on one count of murder, the release said. It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Espinoza also allegedly assaulted four police officers at the location and faces four counts of assault of a peace officer, according to jail records. Medical treatment for the officers was not needed, the release said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigation and Public Assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Police are asking anyone with information on the case to contact Sr. Cpl.
