Giza \u201cGigi\u201d Mayorga has had journey as a single mom to a restaurant server of 10 years to becoming a restaurant owner.(Johnny Nuno \/ Courtesy of Gigi’s Bar & Lounge)<\/span><\/p>\n Mayorga\u2019s journey from restaurant server to owner embodies the American Dream, and she hopes to inspire others, especially women, to pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions.<\/p>\n \u201cThis concept has been a long time coming,\u201d said Mayorga in a news release. \u201cOur goal is to create a space where exceptional food, unique cocktails, and live entertainment come together to celebrate Latin culture.\u201d<\/p>\n Designed with an upscale, yet inviting ambiance, Gigi\u2019s features a spacious dining area and patio. The menu will showcase a variety of Latin-inspired dishes, while the bar will offer handcrafted cocktails, luxury tequilas, martinis and champagne, catering to both casual and celebratory occasions.<\/p>\n Entertainment will be a key part of the Gigi\u2019s experience, with live music and DJ sets from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. nightly.
