Officials have identified a 17-year-old who was shot and later died after a drug sale at Bailey Lake in Burleson on Sunday involving other teens.<\/p>\n
Keighan Robert Crist died in a hospital around 2:12 a.m. Monday, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
On Sunday, Crist was shot multiple times around 11:30 p.m. in the parking lot at Bailey Lake, according to Burleson police. Officers found him injured in the driver\u2019s seat of a vehicle, police said.<\/p>\n
Another 17-year-old boy was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, police said. After speaking with him, police determined the shooting occurred during a \u201cnarcotics transaction\u201d involving three others.<\/p>\n
Police said they later arrested one 17-year-old male suspect who was found inside a vehicle parked in the driveway of his home in Burleson.<\/p>\n
Police said the teen admitted in a statement to being involved in the shooting. He was taken to the Johnson County Law Enforcement Center and faces charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery.<\/p>\n
On Monday, police said two other suspects, only one of whom they have identified, remain at large.<\/p>\n
