She told police that she was alone in a bedroom when Frazell came in, gave her an alcoholic drink and said, “This is between us. Don’t say I never do anything for you,” court records show.

After she fell asleep, Frazell pulled the blanket off the bed, took off some of her clothes and performed sex acts on her, according to the affidavit. He stopped when he heard a child at a nearby bathroom, then told the child he was just checking on the girl, the affidavit says.

Frazell’s current attorney Brian James Newman was not immediately available for a comment.

Frazell was a morning show host for “The Ranch” KFWR (95.9 FM) for more than a decade. The station terminated its relationship with Frazell around the time he was arrested.
