A Dallas County grand jury on April 28 indicted Robeson, court records show. The indictment states Robeson knew an offense was committed and on Feb. 15, 2024, intentionally destroyed, altered and concealed a firearm to impair evidence.
The gun may have been used in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct and unlawful discharge of a firearm, according to the indictment. Rogers said Robeson is not suspected in the earlier crime involving the gun but would not elaborate.
