Jason Nash, 23, was taken into custody in south Fort Worth Wednesday afternoon after being tracked by the department’s fugitive units, the police chief said in a social media post.

Allen was killed while at the Social Liv nightclub in the 3000 block of Bledsoe Street at about 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 5, police said.
