Introduction to Palomino Ranch
Rowdy Dallas bar Bottled Blonde, closed since spring 2025, got a new pair of Daisy Dukes. This nightclub on Good Latimer Expressway in the Deep Ellum area is now Palomino Ranch, a honky-tonk with throwback country music.
The bar is still owned by the same Arizona-based company behind Bottled Blonde, Evening Entertainment Group, or EEG. Co-owner Les Corieri said in a statement “it was simply time for something new” in Dallas.
Bottled Blonde was once the highest-grossing standalone bar in Texas. It drew criticism for overcrowding during the COVID-19 pandemic, but after a warning, two government agencies said it wasn’t in violation.
Bottled Blonde’s popularity led to the opening of another one in North Texas, in Fort Worth, in 2022. That bar closed, and the Dallas location followed a few months later.

Corieri said the Dallas replacement, Palomino Ranch, “is built for the way people want to experience nightlife now — a high-energy country vibe that’s also approachable and fun.” Like before, sports, music and bottle service are available.
But the fictional blonde appears to have moved to Tennessee, because Palomino Ranch is inspired by Goodnight Nashville, which is run by EEG in partnership with singer Jelly Roll.
What to Expect at Palomino Ranch
A statement from EEG sets the scene in Dallas: “DJs will be spinning country remixes, ’80s/’90s throwbacks and old-school hip hop, and guests can expect a lineup of interactive drinks and shots, from oversized ‘long shots’ delivered via telescoping poles, to picklebacks (whiskey shot plus a hollowed-out pickle juice chaser), to ice cube shot glasses that guests toss at a bell after they finish.”

Palomino Ranch is described as a “high-energy honky-tonk” with bottle service.
