Introduction to Prince St. Pizza
Texas’ first Prince St. Pizza is expected to open on Dallas’ Henderson Avenue in mid-October 2025, the New York City-born company confirmed to The Dallas Morning News. The restaurant will replace Dallas’ original Fireside Pies, a catalyst on Knox-Henderson that helped the neighborhood became a dining destination some 20 years ago. Fireside Pies closed in late 2023, and Prince St. Pizza CEO Lawrence Longo took the lease.
He sees opportunity in this area of East Dallas for late-night loyalty. Henderson Avenue has turned into more of a bar district in recent years, and Prince St. is a grab-a-slice place for passersby. (Whole pizzas are also available.) The restaurant will be open til midnight most days, and until 3 or 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, a spokesman said.
About Prince St. Pizza
Much of the fervor over Prince St. has come from social media as it’s grown from New York City to about 16 locations from Las Vegas to Miami. The company is now headquartered in Los Angeles. The pop-up in Los Angeles “was absolute insanity,” Longo said in a March 2025 interview with The Dallas Morning News. He’s hoping for similar hype in Dallas.
Prince St. Pizza serves pizzas whole or by the slice. Options include Spicy Vodka, a pepperoni pizza called Spicy Spring, Four Cheese and The Vegan. The Dallas restaurant is expected to open in October 2025.

Menu and Pricing
Dallasites who haven’t eaten at Prince St. yet should picture a “good old-fashioned New York slice joint,” as the CEO explains it. The thing to get is the Spicy Spring, made with pepperoni and fra diavolo sauce. Another popular one is The Naughty, a pizza with spicy vodka sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, hot honey and pepperoni.
The signature pizzas are square, with a focaccia-style crust, and served by the slice. The restaurant also sells circular Neapolitan-style pizzas, which have a thinner crust, and “Grandma”-style pies.
Slices will cost $5.50 to $7.
Future Plans
After the Dallas restaurant opens, Longo said he plans to open two more in Dallas-Fort Worth. Locations aren’t set yet.
“Time will tell,” he said. “It really depends on how much you like the brand.”
Prince St. Pizza is at 2820 N Henderson Ave., Dallas. It’s expected to open the third week in October 2025.
