Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug was booked into the Dallas County jail early Friday morning, records show. The 27-year-old artist, born Xavier Landum, is facing charges of possession of less than two ounces of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a firearm.

On Thursday night, Dallas police pulled over a vehicle they observed driving without a front license plate near the outskirts of Pleasant Grove, according to public information officer Luis Mata.
