Development Manager and City Approval

The Beck Group serves as the development manager, fiduciary, and one of the project’s general contractors.

Mansfield City Council approved an amended master plan agreement during its July 28 meeting for the project. The city set the minimum spend in its contract at $200 million, which will be supplied by House of Tangram and its funding partners. The firm’s exact capital investment has not been determined, the developer said.
