The LSU signee is rated the No. 103 prospect nationally and No. 4 overall player in Texas, according to MLB Pipeline. Before undergoing Tommy John surgery, he was ranked No. 2 in the state. He missed his senior season at Hebron but has topped out at 95 mph, according to Perfect Game. He also participated in the MLB combine.

Xavier Mitchell, Prestonwood Christian Academy

The Texas signee is rated the No. 168 prospect, according to MLB Pipeline. He had to be shut down last season due to an injury, but in the 2024 season, he posted a 1.32 ERA and 9-0 pitching record for the TAPPS Division I state semifinalist. Had 97 strikeouts in 53 innings pitched and was first-team all-state. Mitchell was also a member of the Team USA U18 baseball team last summer and participated in the MLB combine.

Ethan Baiotto, Southlake Carroll

The Tennessee signee posted a 9-3 record with a 1.92 ERA and a team low 1.161 WHIP. With a fastball topping 96 mph, he had a team-high 77 strikeouts. In the playoffs, he was 4-0 with opponents batting .171 against him.

Matthew Boughton, Covenant Christian Academy

The Texas A&M signee hit .473 with 11 doubles, six home runs, 26 RBIs and 26 walks. The shortstop only struck out six times last season.

Brody Walls, McKinney Boyd

The Texas signee was 5-1 on the mound with a 1.69 ERA last season. He struck out 71 batters and only walked 14. He hit .277 with a .388 OBP.

College Players

Easton Carmichael, Oklahoma

The former Prosper catcher finished his Oklahoma career ranked seventh in RBIs (174) and 10th in triples (13). His 93 hits as a sophomore in 2024 rank 16th in program history for a single season. He participated in the MLB combine and is ranked as the No. 93 prospect.

Cade Crossland, Oklahoma

The former Rockwall pitcher had a 6.32 ERA with Oklahoma last season. In high school, he was named to the THSBCA Class 6A All-State Baseball Team and was the District 10-6A Pitcher of the Year. He participated in the MLB combine.

Ben Abeldt, TCU

The former McKinney Boyd pitcher was named District 5-6A MVP as a junior and earned a spot on The Dallas Morning News All-Area team. As a sophomore at TCU, he made a team-high 25 appearances out of the bullpen and one start. He led the team with a 1.83 ERA and went 3-0 with eight saves before suffering a season-ending injury ahead of his junior year.
