The firm purchased Greenville Promenade at 6834 Wesley St., a roughly 220,000-square-foot regional shopping center from Crossroads Greenville Property LTD, a California-based firm.

About the Seller

Dunhill executives and Hunt County records identified the seller as Bob Yari, an Iranian producer and director. Yari is known for his role as a producer on the movies “Crash,” “Agent Cody Banks,” “Hostage” and “Papa Hemingway in Cuba.”

Yari also served as executive producer on 44 episodes of “Yellowstone,” “Landman,” and “1923,″ created by Fort Worth-raised writer Taylor Sheridan, according to credits on IMDb.
