Threats and Arrests
Two charter school students are facing terroristic threat charges, Arlington police say.
Police said in a statement they were contacted Monday evening by the administration of Great Hearts Arlington, who reported that students had turned in a piece of paper they found that contained remarks possibly threatening violence against individuals at the school.
Officers then determined that two male students were responsible for the written threats and arrested them, according to the statement. Police didn’t release their identities because they said both are juveniles.
The two boys have been transported to the Tarrant County Juvenile Detention Center, police said.
