Police were called to the business in the 5200 block of Mansfield Highway at approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, where officers found three people who had been shot. In an update on Saturday, the suspected shooter was identified by police as Rafael Arreguin, a former employee of the business. Arreguin was arrested Friday evening in Fort Worth and faces a murder charge, according to Forest Hill police Chief David Hernandez.
