Four Chicago restaurants lost a Michelin star this year, according to Crain’s. South Loop brewery restaurant Moody Tongue dropped from two stars to one, and three lost their single stars: sushi restaurant Omakase Yume, Spain and Portugal seafood restaurant Porto, and intimate New American establishment Temporis. The latter two restaurants have recently closed.<\/p>\n
Alinea in Lincoln Park and Smyth in Fulton Market retained their status as Chicago’s only restaurants with three Michelin stars, while West Loop restaurants Ever and Oriole are two-star establishments.<\/p>\n
