Here&#8217;s what you need to know.<\/p>\n<h4 data-v-8967b62c=\"\">The Brief<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"list thumbs\" data-v-458cfe50=\"\" data-v-8967b62c=\"\">\n<li class=\"article-ct\" data-v-458cfe50=\"\">\n<ul data-v-03e8ff79=\"\" data-v-458cfe50=\"\">\n<li class=\"article-ct\" data-v-03e8ff79=\"\"><span data-v-03e8ff79=\"\">There are a number of fast-growing suburbs where you can still buy a home for less than $500,000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"article-ct\" data-v-03e8ff79=\"\"><span data-v-03e8ff79=\"\">A number of cities on the list are suburbs of the hottest real estate markets in the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re in the market for a more affordable home, there are a number of fast-growing suburbs in the U.S. where you can still find homes valued below $500,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>GOBankingRates looked at suburbs with a 9% or higher population growth from 2020 to 2022 \u2013 then narrowed that list down to suburbs with home values below $500,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED: <\/strong><strong>Map: Here are the states with the most &#8216;stale&#8217; home inventory<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the report, states with the most fast-growing suburbs are Arizona, California, Florida, Maryland, Michigan and Texas.<\/p>\n<p>A number of cities on the list are suburbs of the hottest real estate markets in the country, including Charlotte, North Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee. Other cities that made the list are suburbs of the top 10 cities for buying a home, like Dearborn, Michigan (a suburb of Detroit) and Crown Point, Indiana (a suburb of
