Adrian Sanchez, a 25-year-old man, has been charged in connection with a double-murder that occurred in August of 2024. Sanchez was arrested on Thursday in the 4600 block of South Winchester Avenue in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.<\/p>\n
According to authorities, the shooting incident occurred on the evening of August 3, 2024, in the 4800 block of South Winchester Avenue. Two 15-year-old and 17-year-old boys were standing near a home in the area when a vehicle approached and someone inside, later identified as Sanchez, opened fire.<\/p>\n
Sanchez has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court on Sunday. No other information has been released.<\/p>\n
