Police are searching for an armed crew that robbed three businesses this month on the North and Northwest sides.
Robberies Occurred in Under Two Hours
On Dec. 6, four males robbed three businesses at gunpoint in under two hours, Chicago police said. The robbers entered the businesses and forced the employees to open cash registers before taking off with the money in a gray Kia Sorento.
Violence Used During Robberies
In one incident, the crew also robbed a customer, and in another, one of the robbers punched an employee in the face, police said.
Police Release Description of Suspects
The businesses were located in the 2600 block of North Lincoln Avenue, the 3000 block of North Pulaski Road and the 3200 block of West Diversey Avenue, police said. The suspects were seen wearing black ski masks and black clothing.
