Police described one of the suspected thieves as an African American male between the ages of 17 and 25, standing between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8, and weighing between 140 and 155 pounds. He wore a gray wool hat, a brown jacket, dark jeans, and black and white Nike shoes.
