Wicker Park — A Michelin-starred Mexico City taqueria is partnering with American taqueria chain Tacombi to offer its signature tacos at the restaurant’s Wicker Park location.

El Califa de León, a taqueria with over five decades of experience in Mexico City, has partnered with Tacombi to offer its signature tacos at the American chain’s Wicker Park location, 1442 N. Milwaukee Ave., and its West Loop location, 126 N. Peoria St. Through November 28, El Califa’s owner Mario Hernandez Alonso will be serving his taqueria’s four signature tacos, two salsas, and tortillas made in-house.

The Wicker Park pop-up will take place on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. and is walk-in only. El Califa de León’s signature menu includes:
