Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations: Chicago Event Kicks Off National Menopause Tour

Women from Across the City Gather for Groundbreaking Event

Women from across the city gathered at the Visions Odeum on Sunday for a groundbreaking event aimed at shedding light on menopause. Hosted by The Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations Foundation, PUSH 365 Event Group LLC, and The S.K.O.O.P., Inc., “Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations: The Menopause Chronicles” offered a space for open dialogue, expert guidance, and a sense of community for women navigating this transformative stage of life.

Panel of Specialists Share Valuable Insights

The event marked the launch of a multi-city tour designed to provide a comprehensive resource for managing menopause. Attendees engaged with a panel of specialists—including gynecologists, nutritionists, dermatologists, fitness professionals, therapists, and wellness coaches—who shared valuable insights on everything from hormonal changes to mental well-being.

Founding Statement from Tanya Bennett

“This tour is about more than just menopause—it’s about community, resilience, and embracing this transformative stage of life with confidence,” said Tanya Bennett, founder of the Hot Flashes and Cool Conversations Foundation. “By providing women with a space to learn from experts and connect with others who are on the same journey, we’re helping to break down the stigma and open up honest conversations around menopause.”

Interactive Elements and Takeaways

Beyond expert discussions, the event featured interactive elements such as games, shopping, and networking opportunities, creating a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Women in attendance left with not only practical strategies but also a renewed sense of empowerment and solidarity.

Upcoming Tour Stops and Ticket Information

The tour is set to continue with stops in Atlanta, Houston, and other major cities, furthering its mission of education and community-building. Tickets for upcoming events are available through the HFCC website (www.hfccfoundation.org).
