Samuel N. Green, 18, was last seen at 1:40 p.m. that same day on a Ring doorbell camera near his home.

Green was wearing a blue t-shirt and black sweatpants, with no shoes, socks, or coat. He is African-American with short dreadlocks, 5-foot-9, and weighs 135 pounds.
