The fast-casual coffee and espresso shop and café known for its salads, sandwiches, avocado toasts, breakfast and pastries will open in Edens Plaza at 3232 Lake Ave. in Wilmette in fall 2025, according to an announcement.

Edens Plaza Redevelopment

The Edens Plaza shopping center, in West Wilmette, has been undergoing redevelopment since WS purchased it in 2022. Once home to Bed, Bath & Beyond and Carson Pirie Scott, the center is now anchored by Wayfair, which opened in 2024. The center has also seen other new tenants, including a Just Salad restaurant and an Uncharted clothing store.

In East Wilmette, the same firm is redeveloping the Plaza del Lago shopping center, originally built in the 1920s.
