The Andersonville Chamber of Commerce held its third annual kids activity fair Saturday.

"It’s like it’s own little festival," Charlie Wein with the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce said. Children can partake in numerous activities, such as theater, music, soccer and even circus camps.
Benefits of the Fair
"Having activities outside of school gets them to meet other kids. They might have other similar interests, but also these days we hear a lot about kids having issues engaging socially, especially after the pandemic," Wein said. "It helps build a community and support circle. They can have two."

"Trying to make sure that we are just teaching them to think about everybody around them and make sure they’re just kind," mother Kaitlin Streyle added. It’s a kindness Streyle said is important. She was excited to see what fun things were out there to help build a broad base for her boys, who on Saturday, chose to use their animal aliases to explore the activities.
