A 20-year-old woman was in a car in the 10700 block of South Avenue F in the East Side neighborhood a little before 4 a.m. when a black sedan pulled alongside her. An unknown offender inside the sedan fired shots in the woman’s direction and drove off, police said. The woman was shot in both ankles and was taken to Trinity Hospital where she was listed in good condition.
