Harvest Worship Center Ministries Hosts Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway
On Saturday (Nov. 23), families and community leaders came together for a Thanksgiving meal giveaway hosted by Harvest Worship Center Ministries. Organizers distributed 500 bags of food through a drive-thru-style pick-up, each containing a festive turkey or a ham, to support local families and community members in need. Event sponsor DoorDash provided $5,000 to support the event, allowing the Church to help ensure that residents could enjoy a warm meal for the holiday.

“Everyone deserves a warm Thanksgiving meal to share with their loved ones,” said Pastor Cornelius Parks of Harvest Worship Center Ministries. “We are proud to have the opportunity to provide local residents a celebration of this holiday at no cost. Thanks to DoorDash’s generous support, we’re able to bring comfort and connection to many tables this Thanksgiving.”
