A man was shot and killed on Friday while at a McDonald’s parking lot in Uptown on the North Side. The 45-year-old was inside a parked car about 3:45 p.m. at the McDonald’s at 1004 W. Wilson Ave. when two people approached him.
Shooting Incident
According to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, one of the individuals opened fire, striking the man. He was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he died.
